All sales and service fees provided by Daylight Appliance Solutions are final unless otherwise stated in writing. Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case by case basis at the sole discretion of Daylight Appliance Solutions. Labor, diagnostic fees, service calls, and completed or partially completed work are non refundable. Refunds will not be issued for delays, scheduling changes, manufacturer defects, pre existing conditions, or issues outside of our control. Any approved refund will be limited to the amount paid for the specific service and will not include incidental or consequential damages. By scheduling service or making payment, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.
Refund Policy -
Daylight Appliance Solutions allows cancellations with a full refund when a booking is canceled at least 72 hours before the scheduled service time. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in a cancellation fee equal to 25 percent of the original labor quote. This fee covers scheduling, administrative time, and reserved labor resources. Labor fees are non refundable once work has begun or if a technician has been dispatched. This refund policy is intended to clearly define the terms of cancellations and refunds and to comply with applicable consumer protection laws. By booking service through this website or by direct agreement, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation and refund policy.
