Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled installation time will incur a cancellation fee equal to 25 percent of the total installation fee. This fee covers scheduling, preparation, and reserved labor time. Cancellations made 72 hours or more in advance will not be charged. Rescheduling within the 72 hour window may also be subject to this fee. If you want it stricter, softer, or split into a short website version and a longer intake form version, say the word and I’ll dial it in.
